Orders & Shipping
Order Processing
All orders will be processed and shipped within 3-4 business days. All orders placed after 3PM PST will begin processing the next business day. Processing times do not account for delays caused by holidays, item availability, and payment verification.
Tracking Your Order
Once your payment is received, you will receive an order confirmation e-mail. Tracking information will follow once your order is shipped.
Where Is My Order Being Shipped From?
All orders are fulfilled at our headquarters in Frogtown, Los Angeles.
Returns & Exchanges
Return & Exchange Conditions (Domestic and International)
Returns and exchanges must be initiated via e-mail within 14 days of order receipt. Please send all requests to cs@gradeandgather.com
All return/exchange items must be in unworn, unwashed condition with all original tags attached. Please note that all products are your liability until we receive them at our warehouse.
Once your return/exchange is approved, a return shipping label will be sent via e-mail.
After receiving your return shipping label, all return or exchange items must be sent within 14 days.
All sale items are final sale.
All items purchased with a discount code are final sale.
**Please note that we reserve the right to reject returns or exchanges that do not follow the conditions stated above.
Return & Exchange Policy (Domestic)
For all domestic returns, a shipping cost of $10 will be deducted from your total refund amount once the shipping label is used.
For all domestic exchanges, the return shipping fee will be waived.
Return & Exchange Policy (International)
Please note that each country may have additional import and customs charges that may apply.
Return shipping costs will be determined at the time of return/exchange approval.
When Will I Receive My Refund?
Refunds may take up to 10 business days to appear in your account.
Can I Edit My Order?
If you need to edit your order, let us know. If your order hasn’t shipped, we will do our best to accommodate your request. Contact us at cs@gradeandgather.com

What If My Order is Damaged or Incorrect?
All damages and order issues must be brought to our attention within 3 days of order receipt. Please e-mail us at cs@gradeandgather.com If an order error was made on our part, return shipping will be covered by Grade and Gather.
